been there four times, but this time it had changed you now have to start paying for some of the resturants when it quoted as 24 hrs all inclusive, the beds were dirty we were covered in flee bites, flys all around food plus birds were allowed to eat the food as was not covered propley, i had an accident slipped on wet floor left by the cleaner as she wash floor then went to talk to someone with the sign in her hand, then came back when i slipped over, was taken to hosptial there told i had two broken ankles and broken toes on both feet, next day asked to see mamanger who said the cleaner always puts up signs, and that we would have to pay medcial bill. then my husband told them to look at cctv then they changed and said they would pay it but we kept on going back to medic centre but they said they were still waiting to hear from hotel so they could not give us a cirfficate to allow me to fly home until it was paid this was on the sat we were going home on the monday we chased them up all weekend then on monday morning they told us to come back for 12 30 taken in mind we were leaving at 1pm so we went back and saw the manager andhe said he would pay the bill if we sign a form to say that we would take no futher action, other wise they would not let us out of the coutry so really we were black mailed, i cant belive you have got to pay for some of the restaurants this year. cant belive the way we were treated. there are lots of other pepole we met last year who said they would never go back again, as the hotel had changed that much.
