Lovely hotel

Our first trip to Sharm, it was lovely! The weather was great in September and the hotel was lovely, (although a bit 80s looking in the lobby) very clean and spacious (esp outside area - very pretty). Food was also good (you are never going to get as good as home) but this was very enjoyable. Would def recommend!!

It is definitely not a 5* hotel

2 receptionists(managers) were very rude to us on different occasions, but kind and helpful to non-british customers. But the team in restaurants were excellent, cleaner was good and beach bar staff not bad. Excellent beach, but entertainment was crap. Definitely not going back to that hotel again.

Baron Palms Review

Baron Resort was not our intended destination ( we were moved upon arrival from our our well chosen hotel to this one )and is not realy suitable for children over eight some of the staff were helpfull but most did not want to serve british and would always go to the europeans first leaving us waiting around and the kids fed up when trying to get icecream and drinks. we did complain but it did not make much differance
