My husband, 5 year old daughter and myself stayed at The Concorde hotel (sports) July 2009, it is in a great location, quick airport transfer journey, without lots of flight noise at the hotel, and very near to a lovely new shopping complex. service was very friendly and professional from the moment we arrived, we were sent straight into the restaurant for an evening meal. lovely sunbeds with nice fluffy towels, waiters and pool staff were very helpful and polite, we wanted a kids club for our daughter, but didnt need it as she made so many friends round the pool, and after watching the kids club helpers with children out and about within the hotel grounds we didnt feel confident to leave our 5 year old with them. The food was lovely and varied, bearing in mind they are catering for international guests and not just Brits. Entertainment was good when it was an act, but the 'resident' singers were not. Our daughter was excited to go to the Kids evening Disco but it was at the beach side of the hotel (about 15 min walk ) so not exactly easy, so after the first night when we got there to find it had finished before it begun, we stayed at our side of the hotel (sports) the children had to make their own fun which they did, the hubbly bubbly pipe man was very good with them. The beaches were lovely but no good for our daughter to play in (too hot and shingle). The Room was spacious and very clean as was the the whole of the complex. we would go back to and definetly recommend this Hotel.
