At the entrance to Universal Orlando, the Doubletree at Universal is perfectly located for families and theme park fans who like all the attractions on their doorstep. The Doubletree Hotel Orlando Florida has been recently renovated to offer stylish and spacious rooms along with a great range of facilities. And with free shuttle transport to many of the attractions and Disney World only 12 miles away you certainly won't be twiddling your thumbs! After a hard day's fun in the theme parks, retreat to the Doubletree Hotel's Olympic-sized heated pool, kick back in the whirlpool spa or indulge in mouthwatering gourmet dishes. If you get chance, hire a car and you'll really appreciate this hotel's excellent location with golf courses, fishing lakes and tennis courts nearby. Try hot-air ballooning over Lake Buena Vista or taking a hovercraft up St. John's River - the Doubletree Hotel Orlando Florida really is the ideal base for an unforgettable family holiday.
The hotel was ideally located for universal orlando (only 10 mins walk) and it was easy to get buses and taxis to other theme parks and shopping malls. Hotel food was good and there were good value restaurants nearby if you fancied a change. Rooms were clean and modern and the staff were really friendly & helpful!
