Hotel Barcelo Fuerteventura, Costa Caleta, Fuerteventura

The hotel it's self was fine, but I have never stayed in a hotel where the restaurant staff are so rude. We had to queue to get into the dining room, tables were not cleared the hotel is 4 star but the restaurant is not. There was limited food choice and often cold. The pool was lovely the hotel was fine. The resort was very quiet, we went here 6 years ago and a lot has changed since then I was due to return to this hotel next year but have cancelled. Certainly was not worth the money that we paid and I am absolutely disgusted with Thomas Cook customer service.

Hotel was lovely, bright and very clean. Well laid out resort, staff very friendly and nothing is a bother to them. We had to get up early to put out our towels to ensure we got sun beds, as they are booked up quickly and there was a lot of people who booked once in the sun and in the shade so they could move around, which I did not agree with. Food is good and there is lots to choose from so no one would ever be stuck. Should you wish to eat out one night then make sure you check out 15 (which you will find if you go right from the gate next to mini golf and turn right and it is down the ramp next to Irish pub on right hand side very small but best food we ever had. Also just past the ramp you will find Cafe Nero very good for coffee and ice cream sundays.) This is the best place to go if you just want to chill out and catch the sun as there is not much to see or do, great resort for familes with all the activites for the little ones and in house shows at night are not to be missed. Loved it loved it loved it and will be back. Thanks for a great holiday Hotel Barcelo Fuerteventura. :-)

The rooms were large and very clean although some noise was heard from sofa beds being dragged along floor above. The food was excellent, my daughter is a very fussy eater and she found plenty to eat. We were unable to find a sunbed by the pool every day we were there due to beds being reserved with towels so had to use the beach which was lovely and peaceful although the sea was freezing. I would not hesitate to go back to this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
