Lagoa Azul, Baga, Goa

012

Lagoa Azul is a great summer pick-me up. This secluded retreat is set amongst colourful gardens and overlooks a fantastic lagoon. The livelier Baga Beach is only a courtesy bus ride away, or in nearby Anjuna the Wednesday market brings a bustling atmosphere and lots of local bargains. In the evenings, Lagoa Azul comes alive with weekly theme nights in the restaurant where you can fill up on a huge choice of international dishes.

One big family

Lovely hotel, staff very friendly, hotel spotless. About a twenty min walk to the beach, through woods & farmland, you see goats standing on branches in the trees, it's amazing. Alas when stayed we could not go out much as my husband had a dvt & ended up in a hospital in Anjuna. The hotel rang for the doctor he was there in 30 mins, the hotel did breakfast for me to take to the hospital every day, the hotel even loaned me some money, as my husband had travlers checks in his name, so i could not change any money up, they did not even charge interest on it. They are part of our family forever Thank you Lagoa Azul
