Aquis Marine Resort and Waterpark, Tingaki, Kos

0123

Perfect for a fun-filled family holiday, the Aquis Marine Resort and Waterpark is chocka with watery action. Enjoy thrills and spills galore in the wave pool, waterslides and on its own private sandy beach. Set on the outskirts of Tingaki this all-inclusive getaway is loaded with facilities and activities to keep you all going day and night. Little ones can make the most of a shallow splash pool and playground, while a good range of eateries will keep you fuelled up. Just 6km away you can explore all the charm Kos Town has to offer – what a great way to experience Greece!

Brilliant

Fab hotel, staff wonderful and more than helpful, food good lots of choice, rooms ideal children may be on a put u up but it is in a separate room, and the pools were fantastic and manned by lifeguards all of the time they were open, only down was the towels on beds very early in the day? Germans? but despite rules we still put ours out as well so no probs once you took the view if you can't beat them join them. Only downside was the beach, not very large and not pleasant to sit on but you could lay by the pool and hear the sea so all was not lost. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone with a family very good value for money and a positive experience overall. Exursions to recommend were the island hopper cruise, maybe better to arrange direct with one of the boats on the quay in Kos Town and the Greek night definately not to be missed. Thanks to all of the staff for their help with tetchy teenager.

aquis marine resort kos (02/06/2011)

Hi, English was the language spoken by the majority of guests at this resort there were other nationalities there but they were definately in the minority, tetchy teenager was a step daughter who decided she wanted to 'run away' while we were there(running away is mildy put she was the epitomy of a teenager from hell!) - she did actually escape from our room at 1am and to be honest run us a merry dance, the night security staff were very helpful (way above and beyond their job descriptions) and the following morning the hotel staff and the rep responsible for our resort couldn't do enough to help and between them they helped myself and my husband resolve the problem to enable our staying for our full week rather than cutting the stay short. Lastly if you are all inclusive and are supposed to have a meal in the a la carte restaurant book it as soon as you arrive, the restaurant gets fully booked very quickly and we didn't actually get our meal (hotel did provide fruit basket and bottle of wine in compensation) the only people who seemed to get their meal booked it on arrival. Hope this helps Regards

Position (19/03/2011)

What position is Aquis Marine resort & Waterpark. How far from Tingaki and Kos town is it for walking and how far from the beach?

Location (31/03/2011)

Kos Town is too far to walk to but there is a very good bus service, Tingaki is a fair walk away and because bus route is circular you can only get the bus one way not the other (sorry can't remember which way). The hotel is relatively isolated apart from the bus service to Kos Town but still a good safe location if you have children with you and there is everything you could need on site.
