don't listen to all the bad reviews.. I read some before i went and was a bit worried..as for the sickness bug. i felt bit quesy one day and hubby couple of days later think people are quick to blame hotels never that they have overdone the sunbathing and it could be bit of sunstroke! kids were fine and loved the 8, yes 8, pools and not too far from the beach. free access to waterpark.. yes hotel is buffet service but people would only moan if they had to sit and wait to be served.. hotel was clean room was small but hey you only need it to sleep and change in.. my boys are 9 and 6 did'nt want to go in any kids clubs or activities and still had a great time at the pool or beach or flamin grabbing machines.. but if you kids do go into kids clubs there is loads for them to do.. we went for 10 nights and i felt that was enough.. there is a little fair at the back of the resort which is a bit pricey but if you really want to avoid it you can.

This was my first holiday abroad with my 2 kids age 9 and 6 and we were very dissappointed the Hotel and complex was very clean however the lake was v smelly and the boats leaked water in which put my kids off going on them. The holiday was supposed to be all inclusive but it wasnt really as you had to pay for a lot of things for the kids - at 5 euro a go and if u have more than one child it is expensive ! The only things that were included were food and drink and we did expect to pay for a few extras but not for everything. The Thomas Cook kids club was free in the morning but you had to pay for the afternoon activities. We thought having 3 hotels on the complex that there would be a great choice of food but they all had the same food every night - when one had a mexican night they all did on the same night! The resuraunts were more like canteens and people pushing in to get to the buffet when there is a queue! We all caught a sickness bug - not sure if it was a bug or the food and every family we spoke to at least one of them had got it - i think they should have shut the hotel to any new customers if they knew this was in the hotel but they didnt seem to bother and just kept letting people in ! The holiday was ok but a week is enough - many people we spoke to that were there for 2 weeks were bored and wished they were only had gone for 1 week. Families that were there before had said it has gone down hill! Alcudia Port is lovely and would go back to Alcudia but to a different hotel...

The best family holiday ever!!! so much to do all day every day my 5 year old was entertained all the time. so much so there was tears before home time!!! Would reccommend to any family

the hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. the beach is the best beach we have ever been to and the food in the restarant is perfect. as for the pirates night out - u cant get better.

Rooms small but clean and functionable. I'm a very fussy eater and so worry when we go all inclusive, but the food was gorgeous, all fresh and loads to choose from. Loved the theme nights. Local entertainers were a bit dubious, but hey, after a few drinks they weren't so bad. Pools were great, very clean, in fact hygiene was very good with loads of hand washing lotion available. Daily newsletter to let you know things like weather and what was going on locally. Brilliant to have free use of the waterpark - my 11 year old loved it! Try to go somewhere different each hol, yet have found myself booked to go again this year, found Direct holidays to be the cheapest, booked with different company last year but there are 3 hotels on complex, Jupiter, Saturno & Marte but you have access to each hotel's restaurant and the same facilities. Also recommended to best friends who have also booked.

Wow, what can i say for a first time holiday with only two of us going I thought his hotel was brilliant. As a young couple we had our reservations but with the beach a 10 min walk and the hotel catering for everyone what more could you ask for? Thank you club mac!

Fantastic hotel and complex! Free bus to beach every 30 mins during the day and to the centre and port of an evening, which was very good for us with 2 young children! Pools were very good not too crowded, food fantastic and rooms were very clean! Only problem was lift in marte were not very reliable but the good out weighs the bad by far!! Different theme nights every night meant a huge variety of food to suit any taste! Would highly recommend this resort to anybody!!

Loved this hotel so much when we went in 2008, although weather wasn't too good, so booking again for August and hopefully will have better weather. So much to do for kids and adults, beach not too far away we actually walked one day but there is a free bus from the hotel. Food was fantastic and available all the time you never went hungry. Ice cream is brilliant for the kids too. Rooms were quite small, but big enough for what you need on an all inclusive holiday.
