Over the last several years my family and friends have travelled with Direct holidays. We have never been disappointed until this year.We have previously stayed in this resort and were very keen to return. On arrival, we were impressed at the location of the hotel however the pool area was very dirty and my 8 year old even refused to get in on the last day. The staff were pleasant and the food ok but the soft drinks were foul and this meant extra expense on top of our holiday. The air conditioning was very poor even though the rooms were an adequate size. The only positive was the brilliant waterpark nearby.
