AMAZING HOLIDAY!!

This is the best holiday I could ever have. The 2 weeks me and my boyfriend were there was amazing. The staff in this hotel are amazing. Nothing is too much hassle for them at all. The food is amazing and you dont need to ask for a drink it is just there for you. Also there is loads of activities on during the day but if you dont want to take part you dont need to. Also if you get there at the correct time then you can let the baby sea turtles into the sea and that is just amazing. We couldnt have asked for a better hotel or better holiday. Cant wait to go back as it was just amazing. So didnt want to leave.

Best all inclusive yet

Have had all inclusive holidays in Dominican, Egypt & Spain but this beats them all. 24 hour all inclusive, 24 hour room service & as many visits to a la carte restaurants (without having to book) as you want. The brochure info really doesn't do this hotel & the wonderful staff justice. The hotel building may look a little dated at first sight compared to other newer/bigger hotels you may see in hotel zone but don't be dissappointed because the staff & services make up for this. Adults only was super, plenty of sun loungers so you needn't be up at the crack of dawn. Top tip - we tipped room, restaurant and bar staff on first day & were treated as if we were long lost friends never having to wait for a drink/table etc well worth doing. Would definately recommend & would return. A fantastic holiday with no complaints what-so-ever.

My dream holiday

Fanatastic hotel, the best food, service, cleanliness I've ever seen. This hotel has an excellent postion on the widest part of the cancun beach as far as I could see, no rocks or sand bags, just the most breathtaking views youve ever seen. A bus ride from the cancun centre, most of the hotel are anyway and the bus pulls up right outside, good choice of food and drinks, the staff were so friendly and helpful, cant wait to go back!
