Happy sunny days in January

Very friendly, helpful, hardworking staff and lovley hotel. Nothing too much trouble. Excellent food and choice of drinks. Played 6 rounds of golf at the Riviera Maya Golf Club - not cheap but affordable - totally loved it

fab family holiday!!

Just returned from this resort 4 weeks ago and had a fab holiday - went with my husband and 7 members of family/friends - for some of us this was our 3rd time in mexico and would recommend it to anyone - my sister and her family had never gone all inclusive and they could not believe how good it was - we are hoping to go back year to the same hotel as we could not fault it in any way - staff could no do enough for us and with the vast choice of restuarants we were spoiled - brill holiday!!

Fab Holiday

This year was my 6th year running at Bahia Principe Tulum and I still have no complaints. I had my birthday there this year which was an absolute treat. Champagne was served and I got a birthday cake as well. We stayed in villa 35 this time and it was perfect, close to the Tequila restaurant where we went for breakfast and lunch. The hotel grounds and rooms are immaculately clean and the staff are very friendly. This truly is a tranquil holiday.

Don't bother looking anywhere else!

I am fussy!!! I have been to this hotel for 3 years and we had a change last year. I'm now considering my holiday for 2011 and whilst I'm not generally a creature of habit I long to return to the Bahia Principe because I simply couldn't fault it. The choice and standard of food is amazing- the drinks flow and there's absolutely no chance of being stuck for a sunbed either. The staff are extremely friendly and there's plenty to do. I WANT TO GO BACK!!!

PARADISE

we only stayed for a week , we had high expectations after reading all the great reviews , but nothing could have prepared us for this stunning hotel . we stayed in the coba which we thought was the best part due to the sheers size of it....the staff are fantastic so was the food , and the place is spotless everywhere you go , the beaches are beautiful , the pools are huge and very well looked after...this hotel complex really is as good as it gets....cant wait till next year , oh and with some hotels all inclusive is not all what it says , but with this 1 you pay for nothing .

Gran Bahia Principe Riviera Maya Review

Gran Bahia Principe is a vast complex. We stayed in the Coba section. The rooms were wonderful and cleaned to a high standard. The positives were the variety of eating places and the number of bars and the range of entertainment. The less positive would be the beach was a shuttle bus away (so do not forget anyhthing!). We enjoyed the warm welcome helpfulness of the staff and enjoyed nearly two weeks of paradise .The stay was only shortned by the threat of a major huricane. My travel was fantastic in getting so many people home safe. Well done to all.

Honeymoon (18/10/2010)

My new husband and I went to this resort for our honeymoon and had the time of our lives. The hotel was wonderful an amazing choice at all the restaurants with an extensive range of food to suit anyone. The hotel was clean and immaculately tidy and the staff simply superb very friendly. The beaches were beautiful and we were even lucky enough to see the giant sea turtles coming up onto the beach to lay their eggs. There is loads to do we went on excursions to chicinitza and to the coco bongo club both well worth a visit. All in all we had a fantastic time and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Best Holiday (14/09/2010)

I have been to this hotel 5 years running. The hotel is so clean and the staff are very friendly. I always stay in the Tulum side which is close to all amenities. I would recommend this holiday to anyone.
