Hotel Iberostar Bouganville Playa, Playa de las Americas, Tenerife

just back from a week's stay at the above holiday - public areas are really lovely but bedrooms are a bit tired. Could do with a refurb.

Had a great stay here. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were all friendly. The pool area was great. The food was good, plenty of choice and good quality. The location was good, close to the beach. Many great pubs and resturants close by. A must do trip is siam park, only a ten min walk from hotel. All in all a great holiday and i would return.

We love the Bougy. From the minute you check in you are welcomed. Luggage taken to your room. Cleaning service spot on. Views from both sides of the Bougy are beautiful. Great location. The pools and sun areas overlook the Atlantic ocean. The food is very good lots of choice. Carvery, braised,and cold meats. Fish, shrimps,prawns etc. The restaurant staff make you feel very welcome and show respect (not forgetting respect is a two way street!) The bar staff Mateos,Francisco,Candido, Maxeem, Victor, Socas, Chello and Javier also deserve applause. The entertainment for children is very good. Entertainment for adults is ok. Sometimes you stay to watch and other times you may go to Los Cristiaons a taxi cost 5 euro. Across the road are bars and restaurants and gift shops. We always go Feruary March, November or December. This time we went August and it was far too hot for us. As the hotel has gone All Incl. it has attracted the noiser youngsters. So for us not peak summer months again. Roll on March!

This has to be probably the vey best hotel we have holidayed in. We will be back as soon as we can. The food really is unbelievable for the choice and quality. A credit to all concerned.

We spent our 6th yr at the Bouganville. We love it, everyone is so helpful and friendly. a special mention to Domingo, a waiter in the Restaurant, Sergio, Mariano and Patrizio the Entertainers who do a fantastic job, always smiling from 10am-midnight. Food very good something for everyone, well kept grounds, handy with supermarket 3 minutes away, plenty bars shops etc.

I was very happy with my Direct holidays experience. Everything From on the plane to arriving at our hotel we were well looked after. the staff were very polite and helpful always wiling to deal with any problems we may have.The hotel was very clean and comfortable with excellent food. overall we had an enjoyable time and im always recomending a Direct holidays holiday to all my friends.

I was helped by Direct Holiday staff to choose my hoilday it was the fist time that my children had been on a plane and to another country outside the UK. Direct Holiday staff listened to what I had to say and did not try any sales talk on me which made me feel that it is a company I could trust as they were putting me and my family first. Direct Holidays come up with a great holiday for me and my family my kids don't stop going on about it its nice to find a company that really knows the meaning of customer service. I don't know when we will get our next holiday but with the service we recived at Direct Holidays we won't when the time comes be looking to book our holiday with anyone else....
