Hotel Vulcano, Playa de las Americas, Tenerife

0123

There’s always something exciting going on in this vibrant, lively getaway. Hotel Vulcano has a host of activities to suit every taste, from mini golf and squash to much, much more. Wine and dine in style at its mouth-watering restaurant before heading to the bar for a night cap. Hotel Vulcano is also in the perfect spot to venture into Playa de las Americas to sample its bright lights and amazing sights.

Excellent

Have stayed at the Hotel Vulcano for many years and have never been disappointed. The standards are very high, the food and staff are excellent. Flat screen TV's (32 inch) now in all bedrooms. Have already booked for September 2011. Can't wait to go again. Think that says it all...

Low floor with a sun terrace (02/05/2011)

If you ask for any of the 141 to 171 you will find that these rooms are on the first floor (but access is only up 3 or 4 steps). These rooms are overlooking the path which leads to the Parque de la Paz strip of bars. They have a long sun terrance with 2 sun loungers as well as a table and 2 chairs, of course. E-mail your request to Nancy Ramos - head receptionist. She is excellent.

Hotel Vulcano Review

This was our second stay at the Vulcano and it was just as good as the first. Good quiet location but close enought to bars/nightlife if you wanted it. Friendly staff, good food. We were lucky to get a room with a terrace however it could have done with a refurbish. Only complaint was you had to pay for use of the fridge/mini bar which you would expect to be free with a 4* hotel

Hotel Vulcano Review

Stayed in the Vulcano in Sep 08 having never been to Tenerife before excellent choice. Good food service and room facilities. Staff very friendly. Entertainment in the eveningalthough sometimes not to our taste but on the whole very good. Plenty of room to sit and have a quiet drink if preferred. Hotel in good location on the edge of Playa de las Americas close to Los Cristianos. Plenty bars and restaurants although not required as hotel food very good and reasonably priced. Beaches and shops on the door step all of a good standard.

Vulcano Hotel (09/06/2011)

We stayed at the Vulcano in May 2011, this is our 7th time. Had a lovely holiday, excellent hotel, good food, staff very helpful. Could not fault this hotel. Will certainly be going back. Would recommend this hotel. Only moan we had was with Thomas Cook Airlines, they altered the time by 2 hours coming home, did not arrive in Newcastle until 2.35am. Also plane coming out was not very clean, but came back on Mint Airlines(still Thomas Cook staff), but plane much better, cleaner and more comfortable.

Hotel Vulcano Review

Hotel fine-Air Europa flight meals worst in a long time with any company.Return flight terrible picked up at 4am-at check in by 0430-check in not open untill 0515-through check in 0610. No breakfast lost last day of holiday and most of nights sleep. Maybe why you where £50 cheaper than Thomson. Unless flight times improved I would not book with you again. There goes my chance of winning holiday.Hotel and resort very good and clean staff very nice and helpfull. Would go again if flight times better
