We stayed at Luguna Park Sunny Beach for 14 night in August and had the most fantastic time. We are a family of 4,2 adults and 2 kids, a 6 year old and a 22 month old. The rooms were very spacious cleaned immaculately every day by the very friendly maids. Had clean towels every day, even on the day we were going home! The food was really nice lots of options for all the family breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are a small variety of snacks on offer during the day but didn't really need them as we ate so well at meal times. Ice cream is available from 12pm till 9pm which the kids loved (me included). The cakes following meals were amazing and a must to try! Drinks available all day till 11pm. All of the staff were very friendly never had any problems. The entertainment team were amazing, had the same amount of energy at 10am as they did at 11pm. Modest entertainment for adults and someting on every night. The kids loved the entertainment, I lost my eldest daughter (6yrs old) to kids club every day in the second week she enjoyed it that much. The pool is lovely bit cool first thing but soon warms up. Activities provided by entertainment team all day, beach volleyball, water polo, water volleyball, darts, archery the list is endless. Only problem was the difficulty getting sunbed they were all gone by 7am but plenty of chairs to sit on and not much of a sun worshipper myself so didnt effect our enjoyment. The shops, resaurants and bars are 5 minutes down the road but doesnt make the area noisy at night at all. Air con in rooms which was lovely as very warm when we went. Roads and roads of shops and stalls to miander down in the day or night and the beach only 5-10 minutes away although didnt spend much time there as there were jelly fish in the sea when we went and the children were a little scared. Dont buy grapes from the men/women in the street, very helpfully warned about this from our rep on the coach. Went on mexican and gypsy night out which were really good and good value for money. Only downside to holiday was that on arrival at a very tired 5 oclock in the morning we were informed that we had to pay for the cot for our daughter, 10 lev a day, not too expensive but had not been informed of this so took a chunk from our spending money, spoke to the rep about it who informed us it was in the terms and conditions (small print), wasnt written anywhere on our invoice. But otherwise was a fantastic holiday would definately go back to Bulgaria and Laguna Park and recommend it, were all very much missing it and have from the day we arrived home!
