Waterbabies will love Parque Santiago III Apartments. Besides fab accommodation, this cheeky complex has one of the largest lagoon pools in Southern Tenerife. Relax on the sun-kissed terraces of another two salt water pools and choose from a choice of lip-smacking restaurants including Pizzeria and Chinese. If you can’t sit still in the sunshine there’s always mini-golf, shopping and two bars for a quick Pina Colada. Set in the quieter end of Playa de las Americas, the Parque Santiago III Apartments are a top choice for all the family.
We have stayed at these apartments a few times now and both the facilities and location are fantastic. Waterpark to keep kids amused for hours and large pool with plenty of space. Apartments cleaned daily. Hope to go back next year again.

Back today from a great stay at these apartments. We stayed in a studio and was exceptionally clean and cleaned on a daily basis. Overlooked the road and bars but there was very little noise late at night. Complex was lovely and again very clean. The beach couldn't have been nearer and great places to eat on site. Weather absolutely amazing. As this is a very big complex it would have been nice to have been shown your room when arriving as it was pretty difficult late at night to find where your apartment was from the map the reception gave you. All in all though a great holiday with scorching weather and would go back.

Fantastic resort, room really clean, pool best ever apart from being salt water. the only downfall was we were on 5th floor ( 2 girls ) no lift , really difficult to get cases up to room etc. We found some really good bars & restaurants close by & handy for walks into Cristianos or Americas for nightlife.

The location of this complex is superb, it is on the level and ideal for walking, relaxing and visiting local places of interest such as Los Christianos, just down the beach walkway. We usually go twice a year, health permitting. Thoroughly recommended.

The hotel was lovely, it had everything there. A kids pool, a huge swimming pool, bars, shops, restaurants, supermarkets and loads more. All right near this hotel.

Stayed here last year and found it great for all the family, my young niece and nephew had an amazing time playing in the activity pool and the location was perfect to explore restaurants & bars nearby.

This was the best hotel we have stayed in. Fabulous apartments even better pool area. Fab for shopping. O'connors bar is brilliant craic. The kids would have preferred if it was'nt salt water in pools but they soon got used to it. Great accomodation.
