into the draw. No responsibility is accepted for entries that are delayed or not received. All entrants must be U.K residents over the age of 18 and entrants who leave more than one full valid review for different hotels, will be given additional entries into the draw as applicable. Incomplete or illegible entries will be void, as will any entries that are based on reviews that have been fabricated or are not the original work of the entrant, or that have been submitted by a person who has not travelled with Direct Holidays to the property concerned. One random winner will be drawn and the winner will be contacted by email, post and or phone within 28 days of the closing date of the draw. Direct Holidays reserves the right to use entrants' comments/reviews for future promotional and/or marketing purposes. The entrants/winner's name and county may also be published and/or used for promotional/marketing purposes. Employees of Thomas Cook companies or their immediate family members are not eligible to take part. The prize is for a Deluxe Direct Holiday for 4 to Tenerife travelling between Nov 10 - Apr 11 or Summer May 11 - Oct 11 (subject to flight and accommodation availability) staying at the 4*+ Jardin Tropical hotel on a half board basis sharing two rooms (adjacent rooms cannot be guaranteed but will be provided if possible. The prize includes 25kg luggage allowance per person, fuel supplements, private resort transfers and standard White Horse single trip European cover travel insurance. Holiday extras such as car hire, pre-bookable seats, airport hotels, lounges and parking are not included in the prize value. There is no cash or other alternative to the prize. The winner must travel and cannot transfer the prize to anyone else. Usual Direct Holidays booking conditions apply. The winner and each person travelling has the responsibility to ensure they hold a valid passport and necessary visas. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Direct Holidays reserves the right in exceptional circumstances to withdraw this promotion without prior notice at any time before the date on which the draw takes place. Entry to the prize draw confirms acceptance of these rules as final and legally binding.
