Club Exelsior, Marmaris, Turkey

Just wanted to say hi and thanks to Vanessa & Zoe holiday reps for the Excelsior hotels. They were very friendly and helpful and we didnt get chance to say thankyou before we went.

On arrival (1am) we were hurried into the junior complex straight away. We complained but they said the manager was not in until 8 am. We put our cases in the room and went out for food, on return we found a mouse in the room. As we had a 6 month old with us we went straight to reception who sent housekeeper in who sprayed repellant all over room. We refused to stay and were were given an alternative room for the night with a double bed in. There were 4 adults and a baby - what a night that was! Next day we were moved to club Excelsior (what was on our booking form). Rooms were lovely, maids were very friendly, location was a little far out as one member of our party had walking difficulties. Restaurants very good. We had a good day out on the sunseekers boat trip - best part of our holiday!

Been to these apartements for the last two years already booked for 2011. Best place to go with kids, there's so much to keep them entertained. Go to the Anfi bar to eat and get breakfast for free. Brill u will love it !!!!

We have stayed at this hotel in Marmaris 5 times in the last 4 years. We love the weather the entertainment, food, atmosphere, friendliness of staff. Most of all we love Club Excelsior and would recommend to family and friends. We have stayed in other hotels in Marmaris and enjoyed it but nothing compares to the Club Excelsior. Cant wait to return.

..The best place to go. We've been going here for 5 years now and already booking again for next year. Fantastic place! We just love it. Everything you could ever ask for. Fantastic for families. Rooms ave all you require; toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge, cooker etc and are cleaned daily..but we usually eat out as the food is 1st class. The Anfi is the best for food and they have bogof on the drinks! There's loads to do within the area and daily excursions are very cheap. Turkish bath, water park [atlantis], boat trip, horse/quad safari are all very enjoyable and well worth the money! BEST HOLIDAY YET! Missing Marmaris already xx

1st time to Turkey and really enjoyed it. Stayed at the Exelsior Jr and had a fab time, food great, both the manager and bar staff great make you feel really welcome. The taxi rank just outside the entrance takes you to town 2 min journey. Looking forward to going back next year

I tend to visit Marmaris twice in each season and I always stay at Club Excelsior. These apartments are top notch! Self catering facility's include kettle, toaster and even a microwave. The Turkish version of tescos is also located a short walk away so you can have a proper meal in if you choose. Excelsior is located in a quiet area, however there is a taxi rank right outside for the short trip into town if you dont fancy the walk! There also is some local bars which serve food, which are really great value (try Anfis for the bogof deals!) I have stayed in other apartments in Marmaris which I have not been impressed with, however since I found excelsior, I will not stay anywhere else! Great staff who remember you year after year, great value, great location GREAT HOLIDAY!

Have been to these apartments over the last 6yrs have always found them very good for both families & adults, staff very good from the cleaner's, bar & waiters to the reception. Would say to any one - go you will have a good time.

We have now been to the Club Exelsior twice and love it! There is so much for the kids to do that I barely see them all day which means we get sunbathing and reading time! Staff are lovely and the restaurant food is very good. Prices are very reasonable and the hotel has a TOM system which means you also save 20% on all food and drinks which saves us around £150 each holiday. Would recommend to all families.

Love these apartments have stayed here many times over the years family friendly everything you need not to far from center and beaches
