This hotel is advertised as 5 Star.. it fell well short of 5 stars in most areas.
when we were there 3 of the a la carte restaurants were closed, despite the hotel being fully booked. Trying to get into the 3 other a la carte restaurants is almost impossible. We resorted to giving "gifts" and even then only got into 2. the buffet restaurant is Ok, but after 3 days becomes very much the same.
Air conditioning in our room was not working and we were advised that it was not warm enough to for the manager to turn it on...we were on the top floor and our room was boiling.
whilst the staff are on the whole very pleasent, the level of service is very poor and you can wait, 10 -15mins to get a drink in the main bar.
