After the 2 hour transfer it was good to get to the hotel, it was after midnight by this time. We got to our room which was a good size although the bathroom was tiny and decided to unpack before dropping into bed, it was so so hot, no air conditioning on. The hotel is so clean and the staff are absolutely fantastic, they are all very friendly and can't do enough for you. The food was some of the best we have come across in an all inclusive hotel, it was always piping hot and there was plenty of choice. The entertainment was very poor. The air conditioning was a disgrace, at the managers discretion, during our first week it was on in the day from 3-7pm and at night it was on from 9-11pm. Five days before we came home it was altered to 10-2am and the day before we came home to 10-4am. There was no air con in the dining area or in the lounge areas, it totally let the hotel down, it was unbearable as there was just nowhere to go and cool off (apart from the pool) and for that reason there is no way we would go back to that hotel again. Icmeler is a beautiful place and we will definitely go back but to a different hotel. The rep Michael was really informative, he is a great guy, very down to earth, friendly and he was always available. Another negative was the fact that towels were put on sunbeds at 6am and then they would be left empty until lunchtime, wouldn't like to think what it must be like in the high season, maybe they put towels out the night before! We did have a good holiday because we met some great people its just a shame about the air con and entertainment.
